Fees

Due to the Important Additional Information the fees are reduced to a flat fee of 100 EUR/400 PLN^** for all.

• 400 EUR/1600 PLN^**: local presence with publication^{*
             *}As an encouragement to participate in conferences in person
               this fee is reduced For IAPR/TPO members and for all other participants to
         200 EUR/800 PLN^**
               in our understanding that it is necessary to restore social relations in the scientific community.
• 300 EUR/1200 PLN^**: remote presence with publication^{*
             *}As an encouragement to participate in ICCVG and to publish
               this fee is reduced for IAPR/TPO members only to
         200 EUR/800 PLN^**
               in our understanding that although it is necessary to restore social relations in the scientific community,
               some IAPR/TPO members can be unable to come in person.
• 100 EUR/400 PLN^**: local presence without publication and local presence of an accompanying person for IAPR/TPO members and for all other participants.

Comments

• Local presence with publication is the possibility to present a paper and to have it published in the conference proceedings, as well as the right to participate in the conference, in social events, coffee breaks, and lunches.
• Remote presence is the possibility to remotely present a paper and to have it published in the conference proceedings.
• Local presence without publication and local presence of an accompanying person is the right to participate in the conference, in social events, coffee breaks, and lunches.

The reduced fees are so low that no further discounts are planned.

To have the paper published, the fee must be paid for at least one Author. The rule is "one paper - one fee": in case an author publishes more than one paper, the number of fees paid must be equal to the number of papers. This is because the costs are induced nearly exclusively by the publishing process.

Laureates of the contest for the best paper at ICCVG 2022 do not pay.

For special cases, a limited number of sponsored participations will be available. An application for a sponsored participation with justification should be sent to the address of the Association for Image Processing iccvg@sggw.edu.pl.
